FC 27 Ratings Revealed: Mbappe and Haaland Tie at 91

The FC27 ratings reveal is done

EA ran its FC27 "Pitch Notes" ratings reveal as a series of daily drops starting 15 August, working through the top 27 men's players, the top 27 women's players, Club Star Ratings, and standout names from the biggest leagues. With the full release landing on 25 September (early access from 18 September for Ultimate and Ultimate Plus Edition owners), this is your first real look at who's going to be worth building around.

Men's top spot: a 91-rated tie

For the first time in a while, there isn't a single undisputed GOAT card at launch. Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland are both rated 91 overall, sitting just ahead of a stacked chasing pack at 90:

Dembele's 90 reflects his Ballon d'Or-winning season, while Yamal continues his rapid climb as one of the youngest names near the very top of the game.

Women's game: Putellas still the benchmark

Alexia Putellas holds onto the number one spot in the women's ratings at 91 overall, extending her run as the standard-setter in FC's women's football. Below her, risers Yui Hasegawa and Hannah Hampton both picked up +3 overall bumps, a sign EA is rewarding strong club-season form on both sides of the ball.

Biggest risers and fallers

Ratings reveals are as much about the movement as the top of the chart:

• Michael Olise is up +4 overall, the standout riser among the big names after a breakout campaign.
• Virgil van Dijk dropped from 90 in FC26 down to 88, reflecting a tougher season at the back.
• Mohamed Salah has fallen out of the top 27 entirely following his move to Trabzonspor, a sharp reminder of how quickly league and club context can move a card.

What this means for your Ultimate Team plans

None of these ratings are live in a squad yet, but they're already shaping early meta chatter and pre-release hype around FC27's launch:

• Expect Mbappe and Haaland base and early promo cards to anchor a lot of "day one" squad-builder content once packs open.
• Dembele and Yamal give Ligue 1/La Liga-heavy squads a genuine top-tier option without reaching for an Icon.
• If you're still active in FC26, cards like Salah and van Dijk may be worth trading out of before attention (and demand) shifts fully to FC27.
